Home is the foundation on which we build our lives and our communities. Habitat for Humanity is a movement of people — here in our local area and around the world — working together to create prosperous, healthy communities by ensuring everyone has a safe, affordable place to call home.
Since 1981, Pensacola Habitat for Humanity has helped more than 1,700 families and individuals achieve safe, affordable housing and the stability it brings. Our work goes beyond construction — we partner with homeowners to build, repair, and finance homes, develop innovative ways to make housing more attainable, and advocate for policies that remove barriers to homeownership. We’re also committed to helping our most vulnerable neighbors by providing critical repairs for seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those impacted by disasters. Whether through new builds, essential repairs, or guidance along the path to ownership, we create lasting housing solutions that empower people to thrive.
Every safe, affordable home sparks broader change — leading to better health, stronger education, improved well-being, economic growth, and reduced poverty. Peace of mind and the ability to focus on what matters most all start with home. But the need is still great: one in three people worldwide still lacks access to safe, affordable housing.
Get involved. Together, we can build homes, communities, and hope.
