Pensacola Habitat for Humanity’s Community Development Program works to preserve homeownership for residents of Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. These projects can include critical home repairs, beautification projects, accessibility renovation, disaster clean-up and more.
Community Development volunteering is available on select days as projects arise.
Community Development general volunteers help with a variety of projects and no training or prior experience is required.
These projects include:
- Painting homes
- Minor home repairs
- Handicap accessibility accommodations
- Landscaping of public space
- Block condition and other surveys
- Neighborhood clean-up campaigns
- Gardening
