Since 1981, Pensacola Habitat for Humanity has been committed to creating homeownership opportunities in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. In today’s challenging housing market, we are taking extra steps to provide additional quality, affordable homes for individuals and families in our community.
We expanded our affordable home purchasing options to include Market Rate homes. These award-winning homes have specific income requirements but are not part of our traditional Homebuyer Program nor the Community Land Trust. The Market Rate home purhcase program served individuals and families with incomes between 80%-120% of the Area Media Income.
